Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Learning Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our educational facility. This role is vital in fostering an engaging, organized, and supportive environment for students, staff, and families. The Learning Center Manager will coordinate program development, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences aligned with our mission to promote lifelong learning and development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence educational excellence while managing administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs tailored to diverse learner needs. Supervise and support teaching staff, ensuring effective team management and professional development. Oversee daily operations of the learning center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe environment for children and staff. Develop and maintain administrative procedures using educational administrative software to streamline workflows and record-keeping. Collaborate with educators, parents, and community partners to enhance program offerings and foster positive relationships. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies related to childcare and education administration. Manage personnel activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and personnel management in education settings. Requirements Proven experience in higher education teaching or early childhood education center management. Strong background in school administrative leadership or education administration roles. Demonstrated staff supervision skills with a focus on team leadership and personnel management in education environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems. Experience in program development within childcare or educational settings; familiarity with university or higher education administration is a plus. Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders. Knowledge of childcare regulations, early childhood education best practices, and working with students of various ages. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive team atmosphere. $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
