ChenMed, a leading provider in senior healthcare, is currently seeking a highly qualified Center Clinical Director to join our expanding team. This vital role involves leadership and management at one of our advanced clinical facilities, dedicated to improving health outcomes for seniors with complex medical conditions. The Center Clinical Director will be responsible for guiding the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, implementing policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a key figure in shaping the health and wellbeing of our clientele, contributing significantly to both patient care and the overarching organizational goals of ChenMed. Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical staff ensuring adherence to highest standards of care and clinical protocols. Develop and implement clinic-specific strategies aligned with organizational goals. Monitor clinic operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety standards. Drive continuous improvement in patient care processes and clinical outcomes. Facilitate collaboration among staff to foster a conducive work environment. Manage budgeting and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the patient satisfaction and engage in direct patient interaction to gather feedback on services. Represent the clinic in professional groups and to external stakeholders to enhance the organization's profile.
