As the Director, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations while promoting the development and well-being of each child in our care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports childhood development and learning objectives. Supervise and mentor daycare staff, providing guidance on best practices in childcare and classroom management. Ensure a safe and clean environment for children, adhering to health and safety regulations. Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication regarding their child's progress. Manage enrollment processes, including tours for prospective families and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with staff to create individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities. Conduct regular assessments of children's development and implement behavior management strategies as needed. Organize training sessions for staff on topics such as first aid, special education, and effective caregiving techniques.
