Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive VPK curriculum plans that promote kindergarten readiness and align with best practices in early childhood education. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting program growth and quality improvements. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff; facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance instructional quality.
