A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Your Role As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where children feel secure, families feel welcomed, and learning happens naturally through curiosity, exploration, and meaningful relationships. What You'll Bring Experience working with infants and/or toddlers A warm, dependable, and team-oriented approach A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow Required Child Development Associate (CDA), Florida Staff Credential, or equivalent recognized credential (or the ability to obtain within the timeframe required by Florida licensing and center policy, if applicable) Experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills A nurturing, dependable, and relationship-centered approach to working with children and families Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Florida DCF training completed Current CPR and First Aid certification Experience with curriculum planning, child assessments, and family engagement Why GEZFLC?
