The Preschool Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management and compliance of the preschool. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality educational environment for children, staff, and families. Required Skills and Experience Must possess: Associates Degree and/or Bachelors Degree in Education Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Staff Credential DCF 45-Hour Childcare Course Directors Credential Certification CPR and First Aid Certification Office Experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills and Experience 4-5 years Early Childhood Education Experience Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Benefits Up to 10 Company Paid Holidays Paid Vacation up to 2 weeks (not allowed to take consecutive) Paid Personal Days 401(k) matching up to 3% 50% off Tuition Discount for up to two children Birthday Off or Time and a half if worked
