A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

Hiring:

Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.

Training :

Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.

Relationship :

Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures. Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment, scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping Qualifications BA or BS degree in elementary education, early childhood education or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a licensed childcare school. Minimum 3 years' management experience required. Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance requirements Experience leading, coaching, or supervising staff Level II Background Screening Requirements through https://info.flclearinghouse.com This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
