With a focus on fostering development through our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach and maintaining accreditation standards, we serve children from 6 weeks old through Pre- kindergarten and after-school programs across the country. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director of Preschool to lead our early childhood education programs with passion and strategic insight. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring educational excellence, managing staff, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in education administration, curriculum development, and team leadership to inspire staff and engage families in our mission to support young learners' growth. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality preschool programs aligned with educational standards and best practices Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning outcomes Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with legal regulations related to early childhood education Lead, supervise, and support school staff through ongoing professional development facilitation and performance evaluations Oversee personnel management including hiring, training, coaching, and supervising teachers and administrative staff Foster strong relationships with families to ensure a positive community environment and open communication channels Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations governing early childhood education and school operations Qualifications Extensive experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 education settings Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance Strong management skills with experience supervising staff and managing budgets as an executive education administrator Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and school legal requirements Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising, and managing school resources effectively Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement Background in early childhood education or related fields with classroom teaching experience preferred Ability to lead teams with enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of educational quality Join us to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives by leading a dedicated team committed to excellence in early childhood education.
