Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with educational standards and best practices. Oversee daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in early childhood education. Develop and implement strategic plans that support organizational growth, program expansion, and community outreach initiatives. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize educational impact. Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders to secure funding for program enhancements. Serve as the primary public speaker for the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and programs. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and educational policies governing early childhood programs. Collaborate with families to support children's developmental needs and foster strong community relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood development or preschool programming. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and supervising staff within educational settings. Strong background in curriculum development tailored for young children's learning stages. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing organizational growth initiatives. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
