Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher with a CDA credential to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe and nurturing environment for young children, develop age-appropriate lesson plans, and facilitate learning through play and exploration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. State certification in Early Childhood Education. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of preschool-aged children. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel welcomed and supported. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom at all times. Attend professional development workshops and training to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
