You'll be the face of our center—managing operations, inspiring a team of instructors, and building lasting relationships with families in our community. Do you believe that kids should be first? What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors.

Drive Growth:

Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.

Build Community:

Act as the primary point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.

Ensure Quality:

Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective.

Master Operations:

Handle the "business side"—from billing and scheduling to keeping the center customer-ready.

Requirements:

The Details Schedule:

Full-time.

School Year:

Mon-Thu (11:30 AM•8:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30 PM•4:30 PM). Summer hours vary.

Background:

3+ years of leadership or management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Training:

We provide comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$50,000•$57,000 (commensurate with experience).
