A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. You'll be the face of our center—managing operations, inspiring a team of instructors, and building lasting relationships with families in our community. Do you believe that kids should be first? The Mission As Center Director, you aren't just managing a business; you're ensuring every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors.
What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors.
Drive Growth:
Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.
Build Community:
Act as the primary point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.
Ensure Quality:
Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective.
Master Operations:
Handle the "business side"—from billing and scheduling to keeping the center customer-ready.
Who You Are A People Person:
You can talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal.
Results-Oriented:
You have a "business owner" mindset and love hitting targets.
Highly Organized:
You can juggle sales calls, staff schedules, and student assessments without breaking a sweat.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software.

Requirements:
The Details Schedule:
Full-time.
School Year:
Mon-Thu (11:30 AM•8:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30 PM•4:30 PM). Summer hours vary.
Background:
3+ years of leadership or management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Training:
We provide comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$50,000•$57,000 (commensurate with experience).
