PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and Operations Management Create and manage a complex daily student and teacher schedule that changes frequently. Ensure accuracy and efficiency at all times. Parent Communication and Service Serve as the first point of contact for families. Answer phones, respond to questions, and manage scheduling requests with professionalism and care. Teacher Coordination Communicate with part-time teachers, manage schedules, and ensure classes run smoothly and on time. Administrative Accuracy Maintain student records, attendance, and internal systems with a high level of precision and organization. Support Center Leadership Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the center operates efficiently and maintains a positive, professional environment.
