A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Children's World Too is preparing to reopen, and we're looking for an experienced Preschool Principal who wants more than simply maintaining a school—you'll have the opportunity to help shape its future. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all daily school operations Recruit, hire and coach teachers Develop a positive school culture Build relationships with families Ensure Florida licensing compliance Drive enrollment and community partnerships Monitor staffing, scheduling and budgets Partner with Regional Leadership on strategic growth Maintain high-quality educational programming Support continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications ✔ Florida Director Credential (Required) ✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a licensed childcare center ✔ Experience as a Preschool Director, Center Director, Assistant Director, or School Leader ✔ Strong operational and leadership experience ✔ Knowledge of Florida Child Care Licensing ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Passion for developing teachers and supporting families ✔ Ability to pass all required background screenings
