Imagination Station Preschool in Port Orange is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and experienced Director to lead our school! We're looking for someone who can balance strong leadership and organization with the warmth, patience, and creativity that make an exceptional preschool environment. ❤ About the Role As our Director, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting and inspiring our teaching team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the school and building strong, positive relationships with our families. What We're Looking For

• Experience in early childhood education and/or preschool administration
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a teaching team
• Someone who is dependable, energetic, professional, and compassionate
• Strong relationship-building skills with children, parents, and staff
• Knowledge of Florida childcare licensing requirements
