August 24, 2027 Qualifications Minimum 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Minimum 30 credits in ECE Strong understanding of child development Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong finance and budgeting skills Technology proficiency Job Responsibilities Oversee the overall operation and management of the center Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum Ensure compliance with state and local regulations Manage staff, personnel, payroll, HR, and office functions Maintain accurate student records and enrollment procedures Build strong relationships with parents and the community Manage budgets, tuition billing, and financial operations Approve meal plans and food purchases Develop illness and emergency procedures Resolve conflicts and address operational issues Develop and implement strategic plans and center goals Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies Requirements Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certification Must pass a 7-year background check Health screening required Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
