Summary We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our dynamic team at STEAM Preschool at Netpark Tampa Bay in the heart of our community. This pivotal role will support our mission by overseeing educational programs and fostering a nurturing environment for both staff and students. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that align with STEAM principles. Manage daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Collaborate with teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement. Support budgeting and financial planning for educational initiatives. Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions. Foster relationships with parents and the community to promote our mission. Monitor compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards. Participate in strategic planning to advance the academy's goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in educational administration or leadership roles. Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills. Excellent management and organizational abilities. Passion for early childhood education and commitment to STEAM principles. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
