Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-school Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education community. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your leadership will drive curriculum development, staff management, compliance with educational regulations, and strategic planning to foster an exceptional early childhood education experience. As a Pre-school Director, you will champion the growth and development of both children and staff, promoting a collaborative and innovative school culture that aligns with our mission to support childhood development and learning excellence. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards and best practices. Manage school operations including staffing, budgeting, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance school growth, community engagement, and educational quality. Supervise faculty and staff through performance evaluations, professional development facilitation, and ongoing mentorship. Oversee compliance with all relevant educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to preschool education. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support school programs and infrastructure improvements. Ensure a safe, inclusive environment that promotes childhood development, social-emotional learning, and academic readiness for young children. Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom experience with young children. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with personnel management skills. Knowledge of legal requirements related to special education law, educational compliance, and childhood development standards. Excellent management skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional development sessions. Ability to communicate effectively through public speaking and foster positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners. Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
