Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children while fostering their educational growth. The Preschool Director will manage staff, develop educational programs, and engage with parents and the community to promote our mission of providing high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and program implementation. Develop and oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation. Engage in strategic planning to enhance program quality and meet the needs of families in the community. Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, promoting professional development and best practices in education administration. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and social skills. Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to create a supportive network for children's growth. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for early childhood education programs. Educate families about child development and available resources to support their children's learning. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred. Proven experience in educational leadership or management within a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong budgeting skills with experience managing financial resources effectively. Excellent strategic planning abilities to develop long-term goals for the preschool program. Exceptional leadership qualities with a passion for educating young children and supporting staff development. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community members to foster collaboration and engagement.
