A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Description
Applicants should:
(1) have a strong background in clinical health psychology and integrated care with medically ill populations; (2) have a doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA accredited graduate program, an APA accredited internship, and at least one-year supervised postdoctoral training; and (3) be licensed or license eligible in Georgia. Board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology is required within 7 years of starting this faculty position. In addition, the applicant must get certified in biofeedback within 3 years of starting this faculty appointment. A successful candidate would demonstrate a robust foundation in the following:- Fundamental principles and practices of health psychology and pain psychology
- Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments of headaches and co-occurring psychological disorders
- Evidence-based interventions (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness therapies) to reduce headache frequency, mitigate pain and its impact, improve functioning, and enhance quality of life
- Biofeedback and/or neurofeedback therapy for headache (preferred, not required)
- Evidence-based interventions for psychological disorders that co-occur with headaches (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorder)
