Job Description:
A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers for a growing portfolio of data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects . We're interested in proven builders who can manage complex scopes and want the project pipeline and advancement opportunities associated with a major national construction platform. Responsibilities Manage project execution from preconstruction through closeout Lead procurement, cost management, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change management Coordinate with Superintendent and field leadership Manage subcontractor performance and project schedules Maintain owner and design-team relationships Develop junior project-management personnel Qualifications GC/design-build project management experience Experience delivering ground-up or technically complex construction Strong financial and subcontractor-management skills Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel to project assignments as needed Data center experience is preferred, but candidates from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex construction sectors are encouraged to apply.
