Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily center operations and staffing Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate employees Provide ongoing staff training and coaching to improve classroom quality and teacher performance Ensure employees complete required annual training and maintain required credentials Conduct staff meetings and provide clear expectations, procedures, and follow-up Observe classrooms and provide teachers with constructive feedback and support Maintain Quality Rated standards, documentation, and continuous quality improvement Manage CACFP compliance, records, meal documentation, and program requirements Maintain compliance with Georgia DECAL licensing requirements Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance Communicate professionally with parents and families Conduct tours and support enrollment Support Georgia Pre-K and other center programs Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and positive center environment We need a hands-on Director who can lead and develop a team , not simply manage from the office.
