The Director will provide leadership to staff, support families, oversee enrollment and school operations, and ensure ongoing compliance with Georgia childcare licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage daily school operations, staffing, scheduling, and classroom coverage Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and staff Maintain Georgia DECAL/Bright from the Start compliance and inspection readiness Oversee enrollment, student records, licensing files, and required documentation Communicate professionally with parents and address concerns promptly Coordinate staff training, school events, calendars, and safety procedures Support high-quality Montessori classroom practices Maintain a professional, organized, safe, and welcoming school environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development Minimum 3 years of early childhood education experience Previous leadership, supervisory, or school administration experience Strong knowledge of childcare health, safety, and licensing requirements Excellent organizational, leadership, and parent communication skills Ability to manage staff, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and resolve day-to-day issues independently Strong computer and administrative skills Must meet all Georgia DECAL/Bright from the Start requirements, including required background checks and training Montessori education or experience Montessori certification Knowledge of Georgia DECAL/Bright from the Start regulations
