III NICU
Manage an average of 7-8 critically ill or premature newborns daily Lead high-risk deliveries and attend to critically ill infants Support healthy newborns in the nursery setting Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary teams Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Potentially assume leadership roles for qualified candidates Contribute to excellence in neonatal outcomes and family-centered care What You Need Medical license in Georgia, eligibility to practice in the US Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Residency completed in local area (preferred) Strong clinical skills and teamwork-oriented attitude About The Assignment Work at a leading facility in Johns Creek, Georgia, collaborating with a team of physicians and specialists committed to providing high-level neonatal care.
