Responsibilities:

Oversee daily academy operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment Lead, mentor, and manage faculty and staff to drive performance and professional growth Develop and implement curriculum standards, educational programs, and school policies Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community Monitor student enrollment, retention, and academic progress to meet institutional goals Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and regulations Manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions to support academy success

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field (Master's preferred) Prior experience in a Director, Assistant Director, or school leadership role Knowledge of Georgia childcare licensing regulations and educational compliance standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational workflows Passion for child development, education, and community engagement CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
