Full-Time The Goddard School in Sugar Hill is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Office Manager to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced childcare environment. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Greet and assist families, visitors, and prospective parents Maintain student records with accuracy and confidentiality Manage NPS score Tour and follow up with prospective families Process enrollment paperwork and maintain attendance records Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors Support billing, invoicing, and other financial administrative functions Assist with scheduling and general office management duties Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience preferred Previous experience in a Preschool setting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and positive attitude Experience in childcare, education, or preschool settings is a plus Schedule Full-Time, Year-round Position, Must be available to work until 6:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on children and families To apply, please submit your resume and relevant experience.
