This full-time, 12-month leadership role is an opportunity to build a strong team, shape quality programming, support children and families, and create a warm, faith-filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We're looking for someone who: Leads with confidence, compassion, and accountability Understands child development and high-quality early learning Can coach and develop staff Values strong family relationships Thrives in building systems, structure, and culture Has knowledge of Iowa licensing, IQ4K, and early learning standards Holy Family offers a competitive starting wage.
