Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

What to Expect The Orthopedic Practice Manager is responsible for staffing and regulatory compliance at 3 orthopedic practice locations. This position provides leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences and a highly engaged workforce. The Practice Manager works closely with staff and other clinical leaders to achieve organizational goals related to quality, safety, service excellence, productivity and promoting a culture of teamwork. We are seeking an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive culture, driving operational excellence, and supporting high-quality care for the women and families we serve throughout our communities.
  • Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
  • Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement.
  • Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
  • Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
  • Requires an in-depth knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
  • Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience OR
  • Associate's degree + 4 years of experience OR
  • HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of experience At St.
