A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

As a Case Manager, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by providing case management functions and duties for youth and families receiving IYR services. This is a collaborative position meaning you will work with the clinical and medical team at the RCHR, client family and referral sources to meet the comprehensive needs of the client.
Must Haves:
Social Work Licensure or Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field with 1 year experience with children in a social service setting or 5 years experience with children in a social service setting Ability to complete annual certification of CANS Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaid's Youth Empowerment Services Program Demonstrate a working understanding of HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines and ability to maintain youth confidentiality and privacy
Our Case Managers:
Provide case management for youth receiving inpatient residential care Assess, plan, link, coordinate, and monitor options and services that address a youth and family's needs Help clients learn gain and maintain access to services and providers Provide skill building services specific to goals identified in the individualized treatment plan to the point where the client may be safely, efficiently and effectively treated in the least restrictive service level As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
