A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

HIRING DIRECTOR AND QUALIFIED TEACHERS
Creative Kidz Learning Center is looking for a Full-Time Early Childhood Education Teacher/Lead TeacherSE HABLA ESPANOL!
!! Teachers & Directors only NOT assistants!Qualifications:
EDUCATION
(Director):- MUST be at least 21 year old-MUST have a high school diploma-Sixty semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and /or child development, from birth to age six
- OR•Two years (3120 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center, 30 semester or 45 quarter hours of college credits with 10 semester or 15 quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, and proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university until 2 years of college credit have been achieved.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain desirable
- Able to create and implement Pre-School lesson plans
- Registered with Illinois Gate Ways
- (2-3) years experience working with assigned age group desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Food & Sanitation certified (Optional)
