Build Something Meaningful With Us We're building more than a household—we're building an environment where our children can flourish. As two entrepreneurs raising a young family, we're looking for an exceptional person to become an integral part of our home. This is
  • not a traditional nanny position.
  • It's an opportunity for someone who is passionate about child development, nutrition, wellness, and creating a calm, organized household.
We have an energetic and curious 2½-year-old daughter and are expecting our second daughter this December. We're looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside our family and become a trusted long-term partner. Our family travels frequently throughout the United States and internationally, so flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential. --- Who You Are You naturally take initiative and enjoy helping families thrive. You're warm, engaging, organized, and genuinely love working with young children. You believe healthy routines, nutritious food, movement, and meaningful experiences help children develop into confident, curious, and kind individuals. You enjoy wearing multiple hats and can transition seamlessly between planning an educational activity, preparing healthy meals, organizing children's spaces, coordinating household logistics, or packing for international travel. Most importantly, you're looking for a career where you can make a lasting impact—not simply your next job. --- Your Responsibilities Child Development & Care
  • Provide exceptional care for our 2½-year-old while supporting the transition to welcoming a newborn.
  • Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage language, creativity, confidence, independence, and early learning.
  • Foster a love of reading, music, outdoor play, exploration, and hands-on learning.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
  • Establish and maintain consistent routines for meals, rest, hygiene, and play.
  • Support preschool readiness and developmental milestones.
  • Travel with the family while maintaining routines and consistency for both children. Family Wellness

  • Organize children's clothing, toys, books, and supplies.
  • Maintain household inventory and organization.
  • Assist with travel planning, packing, and logistics.

--- Qualifications We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and excited to grow with our family.
Ideal candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of professional childcare experience.
  • Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including multiple young children.
  • Background in early childhood education, child development, nutrition, wellness, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as a family assistant or household manager is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking or bilingual strongly preferred.
  • CPR and Infant First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and willingness to travel frequently. --- What We Offer
  • Starting salary of $75,000 annually
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Paid domestic and international travel
  • 10 days of paid time off plus paid holidays
  • A respectful, collaborative, and appreciative family environment
  • Significant long-term growth opportunities as our family and businesses continue to evolve If you're passionate about helping children thrive, value health and wellness, and are excited by the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing family's life, we'd love to hear from you.
