Job Overview Peak Performance Healthcare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary outpatient team in a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, patient-focused clinician who is passionate about helping others while leading a collaborative rehab team. Our clinic specializes in treating injured federal patients and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through innovative, evidence-based, team-centered care. As the Rehab Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to mentor staff, collaborate with medical providers such as chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, nurse practitioners, COTA's, additional therapists, and make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and clinic growth. Salary Range:
$80,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Hands on Training Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Weekly Bonus's Requirements Must be licensed in the state of IL Able to work Monday thru Thursday 8AM-5PM Able to work 1 Friday a month Strong clear verbal communication Able to work in a team environment Responsibilities Complete scheduled evaluations and re-evaluations Create HEPs for patients Complete all notes by end of shift Conduct Physical Performance Testing as needed with patients Hand on treatment with high-needs patients (post op, complicated DX, challenging patients On going collaboration with COTA's, rehab techs, chiropractors, and nurse practitioner.
