Paid Time Off (PTO) Offered An active North Center family is seeking a professional, organized Nanny Manager to become an integral part of their household and support their two children, ages 5 and 2.5. Both children attend full-time school/daycare, making this an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys balancing childcare with household management responsibilities. The family is looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated individual who can anticipate the family's needs, maintain routines, and become a true extension of the household. While the children are in school, the focus will be on household management. When the children are home, they become the top priority. Schedule 30

Responsibilities Childcare Morning routines and preparing the children for school/daycare School/daycare pick-up and drop-off Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities Creating and maintaining consistent routines Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children Limiting screen time and encouraging active, engaging play Providing warm, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care Household Management Preparing simple, family-friendly meals Children's laundry and family laundry if time allows Tidying and organizing the home throughout the day Sweeping up daily messes and wiping down kitchen counters after meal preparation Organizing pantries, closets, and household spaces Rotating and transitioning seasonal clothing Running household errands, including grocery shopping and returns Helping coordinate children's activities and appointments Managing and maintaining the family calendar Anticipating household needs and helping the home run efficiently The family employs a housekeeper, so deep cleaning is not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be: Experienced as a Nanny Manager, Family Assistant, or in a similar household management role Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Kind, dependable, flexible, and open-minded An excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with parents Comfortable working in a home where a parent occasionally works remotely Able to anticipate the family's needs without requiring constant direction Looking to build a long-term relationship and become a trusted extension of the family Respectful of routines and able to provide advance notice whenever requesting time off Flexible with occasional schedule adjustments as family needs arise, with as much advance notice as possible Requirements Previous nanny management or household management/nanny experience Strong driving history Reliable personal vehicle for transporting the children Mileage reimbursement provided Street parking readily available Up-to-date vaccinations to include annual flu vaccine and Tdap If you are an experienced Nanny Manager who enjoys supporting busy families, anticipating needs, and providing exceptional care for children, we would love to hear from you.
