Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our childcare program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. As the Child Care Director, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while promoting a positive learning atmosphere for both children and educators. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Supervise and support childcare staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for childcare facilities. Foster relationships with parents, families, and the community to promote engagement and communication. Monitor the health and safety standards of the facility, ensuring a safe environment for all children. Manage budgets, resources, and materials necessary for effective program operation. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback from staff, parents, and students. Experience A degree in Education Administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred. Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Prior experience in higher education teaching or administration is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.
