126 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091 About OsteoStrong OsteoStrong is a wellness center focused on improving bone density, strength, balance, and overall health through a unique, science-based system. Our members are largely active adults and seniors investing in their long-term health, and our team builds real relationships with them. The Role We're looking for a Center Manager to lead daily operations at our Wilmette location. This is a hands-on role that blends operations, member experience, coaching, and team leadership. You'll be the person who keeps the center running smoothly and makes members feel taken care of. Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations and scheduling Coach members through their sessions on our equipment (full training provided) Lead, support, and schedule the coaching staff Own the member experience and build lasting member relationships Handle new member consultations and support the sales process Track center performance and keep records accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal skills and genuine care for people, especially an older member base Leadership or team management experience Comfort with sales, or a willingness to learn (member consultations are part of the role) Organized, reliable, and able to run a location with minimal oversight A background in fitness, wellness, healthcare, or physical therapy is a plus but not required Reliable full-time availability for a consistent daily shift Schedule Full-time with a consistent daytime shift. Tuesday - Saturday. Occasional evening availability may be needed for member events ("Strong Talks"), but evenings are not a regular requirement.
