This leadership role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for early childhood education. The Director will work closely with staff, parents, and the community to promote the center's mission and values while fostering a positive atmosphere for both children and educators. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for child care centers. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their children's progress and center activities. Manage daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facility maintenance. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field preferred.
