• A DAY IN THE LIFE

• + Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list + Partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk + Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle + Drive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a strong focus on critical path activities + Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations + Develop and oversee project financials + Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget + Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner + Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes •

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• + Around 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center construction or mission critical projects + Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments + Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance + Ability to travel to project sites as needed + Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required •
