A DAY IN THE LIFE
Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list Partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle Drive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a strong focus on critical path activities Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations Develop and oversee project financials Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Around 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center construction or mission critical projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Ability to travel to project sites as needed Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
