Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including observations, assessments, and developmental milestones.
• Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive behavior and social skills.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper procedures for supervision, hygiene, and emergency situations.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Familiarity with literacy education, special education, early intervention, and physical education for young children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of young learners.
