Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Director of Childcare Center located in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area. The Regional Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple childcare centers, manage staff, ensure quality education and care for children, and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community. Qualifications Childcare and Early Childhood Development skills Strong Communication and Education abilities Customer Service expertise Experience in managing childcare centers Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for childcare centers Leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skill At least one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Child Development Associate, or Ancillary Teaching Certificate Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with multi-site management strongly preferred
