Future Leaders Learning Center Future Leaders Learning Center is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Center Director to lead our new location. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education and capable of managing the day-to-day operations of a childcare center. The Director will work closely with the Owner while taking primary responsibility for staff leadership, family communication, classroom quality, enrollment, and EEC compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the center. Lead, support and coach, staff. Maintain appropriate staffing, classroom coverage, breaks, and EEC ratios. Ensure classrooms are safe, organized, engaging, and following daily schedules. Monitor curriculum implementation and overall classroom quality. Maintain a visible and supportive presence throughout the center. Build positive and professional relationships with families. Respond to parent questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct tours and support enrollment and waitlist follow-up. Oversee Tadpoles communication and required classroom documentation. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations, health and safety requirements, and center policies. Communicate significant staffing, family, enrollment, or licensing concerns to the Owner/Executive Director. Who We Are Looking For Our ideal Director is proactive, organized, dependable, professional, and solution-focused . We need someone who can recognize what needs attention, take initiative, communicate effectively, and confidently lead a team. This is a hands-on leadership position . The Director should be comfortable being present in classrooms, supporting teachers, communicating with families, solving day-to-day challenges, and maintaining high expectations throughout the center. Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Director qualified. Director I or Director II certification, as required. Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC regulations. Early childhood education experience required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to coach and support staff Reliable attendance and strong follow-through. Our Leadership Structure The Owner/Executive Director establishes the overall vision, standards, policies, and direction of Future Leaders Learning Center. The Center Director is responsible for carrying those expectations into the daily operation of the center and ensuring the program remains safe, nurturing, organized, professional, and compliant. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values strong relationships with children, families, and staff, and wants to help build a high-quality early childhood program.

Pay:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
