We are building a network of high-performing Montessori schools designed to redefine what excellent education looks like . The Head of School Position This is a full ownership leadership role —you are the leader of the campus , responsible for driving: Enrollment growth Team performance Program excellence Financial success We are looking for a leader who has the talent, urgency, and perseverance to: Build and lead a strong team Create a thriving school community Deliver an exceptional educational experience for every child What You'll Do Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a strategic plan for your campus Build a culture aligned to mission, accountability, and excellence Lead with ownership, composure, and strong decision-making Team & Culture Hire, develop, and retain high-quality educators Coach teachers and leaders to achieve strong performance Create a warm, collaborative, and high-expectation culture Enrollment & Community Drive enrollment growth and retention Lead tours and convert prospective families Build a strong parent and community network Program Excellence Ensure authentic Montessori implementation across classrooms Maintain high standards of teaching and learning Deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience Operations & Financial Performance Manage campus budget and profitability Maintain labor efficiency Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence What We're Looking For Required Director qualifications for MA (non-negotiable) At least Bachelor's degree 3+ years of school leadership experience (Director, Principal, Head of School) Strong organizational and operational leadership skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive results Excellent communication and decision-making skills Preferred Montessori experience or certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE) Early childhood education leadership experience Experience in admissions, enrollment growth, or school operations Background as a
School Director, Program Director, or Administrative Leader Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$80,000-$95,000
Performance Bonus:
