Director Qualification and Responsibilities :

Qualifications required as per the EEC regulations of MA state. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a loving and nurturing loving environment for children while overseeing business administration , marketing and financial operations.
• Help develop appropriate curriculum and ensure that it complied with state and federal requirements.
• Grow your team by hiring, training, supervising and inspiring a team of passionate teachers.
• Manage all financial operations of the school, including but not limited to scheduling, payroll, revenue and cost calculations, and budget changes.
• Inspire each child's potential through our innovative curriculum, inclusive environment and strong family partnerships
• Maintain exceptional relationships with enrolled families through excellent verbal and written communication, family events, and positive interactions along with financial responsibilities.
• Achieve revenue goals by conducting tours and converting families into new enrollments.
• Forecast enrollment by classroom to determine availability and timing of open spaces.
• Monitor classroom attendance and staff ratios to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize wage spend.
• Must be a team player with leadership qualities as well
• Developing and maintaining a positive reputation and image with the community
• Uphold the vision, professionalism and philosophies of Gurukul Learning Center.
