Job Summary European Wax Center (franchise owner) is seeking an energetic, experienced and dedicated Bench Center Manager - VA. This position will be developed to lead and oversee center operations within a designated area and will be trained to take over full operations of a designated center in this market. This role is pivotal in managing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining efficient facility operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, long-term care management, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills. As a Center Manager - Bench, you will play a vital role in fostering a compassionate, compliant, and high-performing environment that prioritizes resident well-being and staff engagement. Duties Supervise daily operations of the care center, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Lead, motivate, and develop caregiving teams to deliver exceptional assisted living, memory care, and dementia support services. Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including Alzheimer's care and other memory impairments. Manage staffing schedules, recruitment efforts, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal team functionality. Monitor budgetary responsibilities including resource allocation, expense management, and financial planning to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by staff members. Foster strong relationships with residents' families, providing updates on care progress and addressing concerns proactively. Maintain compliance with health regulations related to nursing home standards, long-term care practices, and home & community care guidelines. Skills Extensive experience in senior care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, retirement homes, or group homes. Proven leadership with supervising teams in healthcare or social service environments. Strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's support strategies, and memory care best practices. Knowledge of developing and managing care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Excellent operational management skills including budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement. Familiarity with medication administration procedures and safety protocols. Effective communication skills for collaborating with residents' families, staff members, and healthcare professionals.
