WHAT YOU'LL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead curriculum implementation and development and ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational practices. Coach and support teachers through lesson planning, classroom practices, assessment, and professional development. Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the teaching teams. Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment for children, teachers, and families. Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, supervision, coverage, and day-to-day school operations.
WHAT YOU BRING - QUALIFICATIONS
Education (Required): Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. ECE Leadership Experience (Required): Minimum 3 years as a Director in a licensed Childcare Center Certification (Required): MA Director I or II Certification. Full-time, year-round | Monday-Friday | Shared opening/closing shifts Salary based on experience, education, and EEC certifications, plus annual bonus eligibility for EEC Director Qualified Candidates.
