About Us We are a childcare and children's entertainment center offering high-quality Preschool, Pre-K, School-Age programs, and a fun indoor play/party facility. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and child-focused Program Director who can lead multiple programs, and manage staff. Position Overview The Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations across: Preschool & Pre-K classrooms School-Age before/after-school program Children's Entertainment Center (open play, birthday parties, events) This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who loves working with children, leading teams, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee curriculum, classrooms, and staff performance for all age groups Maintain licensing compliance, safety protocols, and required documentation Communicate with families and provide excellent customer service Assist with scheduling, enrollment, payroll support, and inventory Train, coach, and support teachers, support staff. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment across all programs Qualifications Associate/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field preferred Must be EEC Director 1 licensed . Experience working in childcare centers and school-age programs Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to manage schedules, staff, parent communication.
