Salary:

$65,000-$75,000 per year, based on education, credentials, and experience We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Education to join the leadership team at a premier childcare center in Baltimore, MD 21230. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys building relationships with children, families, and staff. The Director of Education will oversee the center's educational programming, staff development, daily operations, and compliance while helping create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
