JOB DESCRIPTION-CENTER DIRECTOR
The CD drives the business and business growth of the local center The CD assesses and observes students, followed by meeting with the parents to deliver results and observations along with setting goals and plans for success. The Center Director keeps the Center running smoothly by managing essential operational activities, such as teacher payroll, customer billing, account maintenance and monitoring, teacher scheduling and labor management. The CD is the friendly face of Sylvan, providing top-notch customer service and ensures all phone calls and walk-ins are answered promptly during business hours. The CD will work closely with the Director of Student Advancement to ensure that our instruction is top-notch. The CD assesses and observes students, followed by meeting with the parents to deliver results and observations along with setting goals and plans for success. The CD meets with parents to discuss enrollment options & opportunities, as well as ongoing support. The CD consistently maintains the KPI system of expectations in sales and operations.
