Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ABA Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our behavioral health practice specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. In this pivotal role, you will manage clinical teams, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster an environment of excellence in patient care. Your leadership will drive the success of the center by implementing efficient practice management strategies, maintaining high standards of service, and promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals receiving ABA services. RBT Credential highly preferred! Responsibilities Lead and supervise clinical staff, including behavior analysts, therapists, and administrative personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team cohesion Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency Manage medical office operations including patient scheduling, medical records management, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic to maintain accurate patient documentation and streamline clinical workflows Ensure adherence to healthcare practice management standards, including licensing requirements, accreditation policies (e.g., JCAHO), and safety protocols Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to facilitate patient care plans, authorization processes, and managed care procedures Implement human resources practices related to staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a motivated team environment Qualifications Proven experience managing a healthcare practice in ABA therapy with a strong background in medical office management or clinic administration Extensive knowledge of healthcare management systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar EMR/EHR platforms Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams within a clinical or medical office setting Strong understanding of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and medical billing procedures Familiarity with conducting ABA therapy Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to support staff development and patient satisfaction Prior experience in ABA therapy centers or behavioral health practices is highly desirable; veterinary or hospital experience is a plus Ability to navigate complex healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards and utilization management policies Join us as an ABA Center Manager to lead with passion and precision!
