Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with early childhood education best practices, ensuring they meet developmental milestones and regulatory standards Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve quality, and enhance community outreach efforts Manage budgets effectively, overseeing financial planning, resource allocation, and fundraising activities to support program sustainability and growth Supervise school administrative staff and educators, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation in areas such as instructional leadership and classroom management Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, including special education law and educational standards Oversee personnel management processes including hiring, training, staff supervision, and faculty evaluation to maintain a high-performing team committed to excellence in childhood development Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to stay current with innovations in early childhood education and legal requirements in school administration Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood settings Proven success in fundraising efforts to support educational programs and facility improvements Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals Expertise in budgeting, managing financial resources as an executive education administrator Demonstrated leadership in senior management roles within K-12 or early childhood education environments Management experience overseeing school operations, staff supervision, and personnel management in educational settings Deep understanding of educational compliance, regulation standards, and special education law applicable to early childhood programs Skilled in instructional leadership, faculty evaluation, and facilitating professional development for educators Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements with families, community stakeholders, and staff teams Classroom teaching experience combined with a comprehensive understanding of childhood development principles Join us in shaping the future of early learners by leading with passion, innovation, and unwavering dedication.
