Duties include:

Manage staff recruitment, supervision, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation in accordance with educational best practices Oversee curriculum to ensure age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities that support childhood development standards Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork among staff and families Conduct regular assessments of classroom quality and instructional leadership in collaboration with teaching staff to uphold high standards of education excellence Maintain thorough documentation of program activities, personnel records, licensing compliance reports, and safety procedures Qualifications CDA or Higher in early childhood education At least one year of proven experience in school administrative director roles or similar leadership positions within early childhood and daycares Strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills and familiarity with tuition systems Demonstrated management skills in supervising school staff and managing labor budgets Familiarity with school knowledge related to licensing standards and educational regulation compliance Ability to lead with energy, motivate teams effectively, and foster an inclusive environment that supports early childhood learning excellence

Pay:

$62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
